Bernard Atlan | Principal Investment Officer, IFC

Bernard Atlan, is a Principal Investment officer in the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Advisory Services Department (“C3P”). He is based in Belgrade, Serbia, and covers Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Russia and Central Asia. Bernard is also the head of the Solid Waste global team within C3P. Prior to joining IFC in late 2009, Bernard spent 10 years with Ernst&Young and Deloitte, managing transaction advisory mandates in France and Eastern Europe where he led acquisitions and sales mandates of companies, for strategic investors and private equity clients. He subsequently developed and led the Transaction Advisory practices of Ernst & Young and later Deloitte, in former Yugoslavia and Bulgaria. He holds an MBA from Normandy Business School.
